Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase without providing any reason within 14 days from the date they receive the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision within the above-mentioned period by means of an explicit statement sent to the contact details provided on the website.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, returned products must:
- Be unused and in their original condition;
- Not have been washed or damaged;
- Be returned in their original packaging, where possible;
- Include all original tags, labels, and any accessories received with the order.
The seller reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect and try on the item.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer has provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by applicable consumer protection laws, including goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
